New York City real estate expert Joe Cruz is the co-founder and leader of Revived Residential, a boutique brokerage leveraging deep local expertise and modern real estate innovation. Over his 17-year career, he’s earned a stellar reputation in the New York real estate scene with his focused approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and absolute passion for the business. To say Joe lives, eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate might be an understatement. Joe excels in advising sellers and developers with their properties, offering a results-oriented mindset and a tenacious, customer-first attitude. He’s meticulous in assessing each client’s unique goals and implementing a well-thought-out plan to exceed their needs.

Licensed on his 18th birthday, Joe launched his first firm, Urban Realty, just three years into his career and grew the company to an all-star team with two offices. He began investing in real estate in 2015 and counts property development among his many talents. Joe is also a licensed contractor who has successfully built, fixed, and flipped a multitude of houses throughout New York and New Jersey.

During his six years at Compass, Joe joined forces with Lou Belisario to launch the Belisario Cruz Team, a powerhouse group that closed over $500 million in business throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens. In 2023, they were the No. 1 team in Brooklyn and the No. 2 team in the city by transactions. Their transaction volume that year ranked them second in Brooklyn and fourth in all of New York City.

Throughout his impressive career, Joe has managed hundreds of agents and assembled a lifetime portfolio of luxury listings and new developments that includes a phenomenal over 5,000 completed transactions. But his focus has never wavered from delivering the seamless and successful experiences clients can expect from Revived Residential today.

Born and raised in Bushwick and Williamsburg, Joe is a proud lifelong resident of Brooklyn. He speaks Spanish fluently and holds a degree in sales and marketing. Today, Joe resides in Rockaway Beach, where you might find him playing softball in the park, cheering on his beloved New York Mets, or planning his next great real estate achievement.
