Meet Matt Bauman

Matt Bauman joins Revived Residential as their dedicated Success Manager with over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Matt began his career as an agent in NYC, working alongside top producers at Halstead Property. He then went on to become the Managing Broker of Next Step Realty, a startup brokerage in Manhattan. After growing the business to profitability, Matt formed his own company, Bauman Realty Group, as a way to build his own brand. During this time, Matt was tapped to become the Residential Industry Relations Manager at CoStar Group, where he oversaw the creation of a new home search portal for the NYC real estate market. With his vast real estate knowledge and experiences, Matt has appeared on ABC Family, ABC News, Good Morning America, Nightline, Fox Business, CNBC, at NAR conferences, and in The New York Times and various online publications as an expert on the real estate market and real estate trends.
