2647 E 19th Street Building

Rarely does a home of this size ever come available! This is the first sale since this home was built and once you see the size you will understand why it has never come available. This legal two family semi detached brick home is located in prime Sheepshead Bay, around the corner from Sheepshead Bay road and all of its shopping as well as the Q & B Train. Sitting on an over sized 30x120 foot lot and boasting a massive foot print of 22x65 you would be hard pressed to find anything comparable on the market in Sheepshead Bay. The top floor is a four bedroom and one and a half bath with a private patio off of the front bedroom and another off of one of the back bedrooms, this floor has been recently renovated and is in move in condition, it also has a large living room, dining room and great sized kitchen. The middle floor features three bedrooms and one and half baths, a large living and dining room and nice sized kitchen you will also enjoy a private patio off of the back, it does need some cosmetic updating but is in excellent condition otherwise. The ground floor is a great space and is currently set up as a two bedroom and one bath apartment, it has internal access as well as a private entrance on the side, this level is a great flex space. You will also enjoy an abundance of parking, there are two private driveways and a garage there should be enough parking for up to six cars. There is also a lot of storage and a brand new boiler and water heater. Since this property is sitting on such a big lot you will also enjoy a very large backyard. This home truly has it all and checks off every box for someone looking for a huge multi family house in a prime location.
