Janine Belisario is a born and raised Brooklynite. Janine has a ton of knowledge of the area and a strong desire to make her home, your home! She grew up and still resides in the neighborhood of Marine Park.

Janine originally followed the career path of teaching but recently switched gears to selling Real Estate. She went into education for the same reason many teachers do, to help others. When you think about the life of a real estate agent, great real estate agents are passionate about helping others too.

Not only do teachers educate young minds, but they are never really “off”, they take work home at night and on weekends, same as real estate agents! Being in education, Janine had to figure out many personalities of many different students as you do as a real estate agent, you need to connect with many different types of people to determine how to meet their individual needs. Resources and organizational skills are important too, which Janine is very good with.

When Janine felt it was time to transition into a new career, she felt real estate was a perfect fit. She entered the Real Estate world with a variety of skills she learned with teaching. She knew getting started may not be easy, but it would be worth it. Janine is not afraid to go the extra mile and she knew that the skills she developed during her teaching career would benefit her in the Real Estate world.
